Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — lic old portal registered customer could not login in the new portal

I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

What for these people are for? Nowadays every body is paying online. It is a shame on lic for not making their online portal customer friendly. They are making the online payment cumbersome. They are linking every thing to the payments page (Policy no, date of birth, mobile no etc) and if anything mismatches payment cannot be done.

Why they want to verify all data, afterall they want money for the policy number, that is the only key data required. Let them check other private companies online premium collection

i do not understand in this age of IT system
LIC not able to correct their website problem.
i don't understand this message goes to LIC or not.
this is the best way of losing customers
i am not able to register my children policy inspire of multiple attempts

same issue to all the customers, really mad it team has done this ### upgrading
in old portal my polices are registered and my profile details registered correctly by me but in new portal my profile options were changed how it possible. in gender place instead of female it shows male . there is no option for edit . please verify all the options in new portal and do needful to work properly i am very much upset with this new portal

Will the link provided by you update current information? Because as per LIC, only new portal is available and only new portal will be updated.

If many customers login to old portal by the link provided by you, is it possible that they got everything updated after 31/01/2018 ?
Still the same issue persists. I was also able to login into old LC Portal and had paid premiums regularly, but now not able to do so via the new portal.

Please share if anyone has received any feedback from LIC.
The world's worst upgrading done by LIC's ### team. Nobody is able to access the site. I have enrolled my 5 policies in the old portal and it was very user friendly and without any trouble now these MAD peoples upgraded (really killed the site) and made customers miserable. In new portal out of my 5 enrolled policy only 2 is showing and other 3 is disappeared. even not able to add those missed policy numbers. PLEASE ROLL BACK THE UPGRADATION AND KEEP THAT OLD LOVELY PORTAL. No proper reply is getting from their officials eventhough we are approaching them personally, really they don't know the reason.
its just worse... not a bad rating ..cannot login, paying premium since so many years.its a mockery of digital india.
at old age we have to travel 10 kms to reach lic office..you promise to take care o[censored]s .

a bit of concern when we are alive would help.please make the portal user friendly

I am unable to login because i forgot my password and when i am clicking on "forgot password/user id" then there is shows "user id does not exists" and if i try getting user id it shows "details does not exists". Please help me out as soon as possible.
