I have been struggling to login into Lic customer portal, It will show "Network error please try again later" or it will not open the site (it will show to update the browsers). I have tried almost all browsers. If we need to pay any premium this month then gone case. How many days we need to wait. I have been facing this problem more than one week.

Customer portal is down, and there is no notification on home page about outage of service.
Is it technical issue or is it down for scheduled maintenance?
