Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Lipon Kumar Dey, I had an agent code in Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) which was now Terminated, whenever I search My PAN number in IRDAI site it is showing "INFORCE" It's a humble request to you kindly remove my pan number from IRDAI site as soon as possible.
Due to my current job my new company not allow to any agent code from any insurance company.
The screenshot is attached for your reference which is showing INFORCE in IRDAI site, Plz look into this case in priority based and I am waiting for your quick response.

      This is to bring in your notice that I am a certified IRDA specified person.
      I am having my PAN no mapped to LIC in IRDA portal. But I have left LIC long back and now I am with HDFC BANK. But my PAN is still mapped to LIC. I already asked for surrender in LIC and got NOC also from LIC.
      Request you to please deregister my PAN card from LIC, so that I can sit for IRDA exam from HDFC BANK.
      NOC from LIC is attached herewith.

          I was agent of LIC but i have resigned from the organization but still my pan no. Is showing at IRDAI portal while I have been resigned from the organization.

          Dear sir/ Madam
          I had resigned my LIC agency code in 8 August 2022 at pune Branch. But in present it's showing active ( inforce) on IRDA Portal. I also informed LIC many times on Branch. Still didn't any respond. If does not come out of IRDAI on the next 5 days, I will lose my current job. So I humbally request you please terminate my agency code as soon as possible.

                          My policy number[protected]. It got surrender on 22nd August still lic debited premium amount from my bank account. They debited 25203. I keep calling them why u cut premium when I surrender policy still they didn’t reply me. It has been more then 1 week still I ain’t got refund. Kindly refund me. Kindly refund me as soon as possible

                                  Today i am trying to pay for Lic Housing Finance but i am not able to pay from any og the option which is available for example while selecting debit card option for payment it takes details after giving procced payment option it is showing error as well as if i select QR code option for payment QR is not generating at all it is also throwing some error i have attached some screenshot please go through it.
