Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — network error while logging into the lic portal as a customer with correct user credential

Hi,

I am trying to logging into LIC portal with correct user credential. However, everytime i get an error as "Network Error, please try again later". LIC is not maintainging their portal properly. Everytime one and other issue will be there whenever you try to login. It could be either loading the page too slowly or login itself fails eventhough you provide the correct details. I have to pay my installment but not able to do so because of the login issue.

I do not understand how this company is managing its customer. I am having a very bad experience with LIC.

Its a outage situation for them and looks like company is not at all bothered about these kind issues.

same experience. LIC as other govt firms is pathetic. Young people are still doing policies with LIC due to elder's pressure otherwise this company may have closed by now.

I am facing a similar issue today. Why there is no communication if any server maintenance going on.

This issue still exists. Why doesn't LIC technical team doesn't solve this issue.

Things have been changed young people are moving out of LIC policies ; If they still dont understand and correct there website then it is difficult for the to survive

The site hasn't been working since yesterday when I tried. This is very frustrating, as there is no meaningful message that pops up that states the downtime of the site, in case of any maintenance activities.

Trying to pay my premium amount since yesterday using my credentials but always getting network error. If I try to pay without logging in it keeps loading loading loading... annoying..
