Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — new customer portal and old customer portal login

Hi,

Lic customer portal is the worst online services, i have ever come across... Most of the time i try to login into their portal it will give away some network error... Unable to connect network please try again later... I always have to try 3 to 4 days to check if i am able to connect to their network...

Lic should look into make it online services better asap, as every business is going online and if this kind of online services from lic they surely need to pay a price... I would rather not think to get any more policy from lic

Life Insurance Corporation Of India [LIC], New Portal is the worst update I have ever seen.
Site is used all over India, and every one is unable to pay the dues since from the update happened.
I thought there would be server down/technical problem which is going to resolve with in 2 days, But never happened . before it was allowing me to login at least, but now it is giving "Unable to connect to the network, please try again later."
Another most disappointing thing is, I reported the issue with detailed screenshots to the mail [protected]@licindia.com, I was just expecting reply to the mail (Not the resolution ) . but never received any reply even after a week . How come a LIC became so irresponsible?

Kindly stop online services of LIC and announce the same ASAP .

Unable to connect to the network, please try again later. LIC is experimenting with Customer Patience. Worst service Zindagi ke saath bhi, Zindagi ke baad bhi.
Unable to Login either in Old portal or new Portal.
Can i stop my lic agent profit through my policy.. Because agent does not connected with me.. Plz provide some information.. Thank you sir...

Currently is website is not working. it is giving very hard time to pay the premiums. Is their any estimated time when the website will be available without any issues. I am not able to access my account from past one week.
Worst portal ever seen
very bad LIC Portal is not working at all for Customer as well as for Agent . I also facing the same issue and written to portal support but no Result no response I have sent complain mail to all grievance officer let see what happens please tweet your complains on @LICIndiaForever

its APP is also worst app you will not get any Details.

I had my old login credentials which I tried using for the new customer login.
I t always say error matching the old credentials.

I am fedup with the side. these guys are moving backwards..
One of my registered LIC policy is not visible on new LIC portal. I am able to see my other registered policies and can see the premium receipt too. When I am trying to re-registered the policy again, getting error message that policy is not valid. I have all the past 5 years premium paid receipt of that policy. Have send numerous email on all mail id but no response. Can someone advise how I can contact LIC as I am not in India right now? Thanks
I have been trying since 3 days to update Adhara, Pan card details on line for 4 of my family members who all are registered on the old portal. While it was easy to migrate to new portal for three, my wife's migration is not successful after 5 attempts. The old ID & Password use gets a message that this ID is not found. When tried to register afresh the message says this policy holder is already registered. How can this be sorted out?
I have my old credential. Which is not matching in new customer portal. And I am trying from last several days to search the old customer portal but I am sorry I couldn't get it . what a worst service...

It is good that LIC has come up on-line. But services on it is limited to premium payments and receipts.
I had entered into Jeevan Suraksha Policy way back in March 2000. I have attained age of 60 as on 14.11.1957. So far I had paid 18 premiums.

I am in receipt of Letter from LIC of India Kanpur as whether I wish to continue or like to get pension without disclosing complete facts that what would be pension amount and in case I surrender the policy what would net amount paid to me.

At the time, when policy was purchased, I was posted at Kanpur; now I am settled at Ghaziabad. It is not practically possible to visit Kanpur for this cause and agent concerned is not traced for want of his address/ contact details

Since premium shall be due in March 2018, I would appreciate if solicited information is provided on priority basis on my registered mail
