Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — new portal login issues

Having login issues once lic migrated to new portal, but sometime back they had the old portal also accessible so kept paying and downloading receipts but now unable to login in the new portal and no response from the portal generic mailboxes. My credentials gets authenticated but finally o get a message that my mobile number is linked with another account which is not possible as i was able to access the same profile when the old customer portal was active. Need lic to expedite my request.
