Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) — non payment of annuity

Dear Sir, My name is L.Ramakrishnan aged 78 and one of my annuity policy is[protected]: I have been receiving regular annuity payments ( Rs 2030) every month directly deposited to my account in HDFC bank in Chennai. From December 2014 onwards the payment has stopped. I followed up the matter with LIC in 25, KB marg P&Gs dept, New Delhi, and I have not received any response from them. I further followed up with another letter attaching my existence certificate but of no avail. At the least I expect to be informed what the problem is and what needs to done. Senior citizens like us depend on the pension annuities and some degree of empathy is expected from reputable govt organisation like LIC. Would appreciate your help. Thanks Ramakrishnan
