I have not received my monthly annuity amount since July'2021.Existance Certificate duly varified by bank has been submitted by me on 06.09.2021 and again on 08.11.2021 to:

LIC of India, 6th &7th Floor, Jeevan PrakashBldg,
K. G. Marg, New Delhi-110001

These certificates have been delivered as per the DTDC confirmation.

Pl help in continuance of my monthly annuity.
