Hi, I am a registered user of LIC with Policy No.[protected], when I am trying to make payment through online, the portal asking me to enter email id and mobile number. The fact is at the time of enrolling for LIC policy I do not have mobile and email id so, how can I provide these 2 details. Because of this physically I have to visit any of nearest LIC office and pay which is very hectic in this busy life cycle and some times due to lack of time I couldn't make payment for a year and then I had to pay with penalty.
