    I am already having one existing LIC policy[protected] which is Enrolled with my Employer-Cognizant. Now I am trying to Enroll and add my 2nd LIC Policy[protected] and it errors out saying “No Policy found” while clicking on “Enroll for Employer” –attaching screen1.png So, I tried adding this 2nd LIC policy no to my existing Policy by “Enroll Policies” and entered below details- screen2.png After this it throws error- Screen3.png I have cross verified my profile details on DOB and Instalment as mentioned in “Error”, but still unable to add the same and hence Enroll my 2nd LIC policy. To give you brief background, both policies are registered in LIC website with different user name and password. Please help me on resolving this issue to Enroll my 2nd LIC policy[protected] with COGNIZANT. Thanks and Regards Manvi

      Not able to pay premium amount through online

      Hi, I am a registered user of LIC with Policy No.[protected], when I am trying to make payment through online, the portal asking me to enter email id and mobile number. The fact is at the time of enrolling for LIC policy I do not have mobile and email id so, how can I provide these 2 details. Because of this physically I have to visit any of nearest LIC office and pay which is very hectic in this busy life cycle and some times due to lack...

The page you've requested is not available at this time. December mid is the investment declaration time my dear LIC of INDIA. This is really painful.

        Dear sir/madam, I had a loan from LIC(Mumbai) in 2010 with account number[protected] and I had completed it in 2014 from Gujarat branch, that area manager gave me contact me number of mumbai office for collect my house paper, i tried to call that number but every LIC guys give me different number like[protected], 22671151 and last number 22693165 this number none pick . kindly need to collet my house documents as soon as possible.           Sir we have new policies in in LIC VUYYURU -67R Branch and asking for ECS recovery at the time of opening the policies. We had paid two premiums directly in LIC cash counter.ECS recovery not yet started . Now we request to change the premium payment mode from ECS to SSS, Because SSS is more convenient to us than ECS.(ECS not yet started.) . POLICY NUMBERS:1) .[protected] A.SREE KRISHNA. 2).[protected] U.ARUNA SRI. ..So we once again request you to please permit us to withdraw from ECS request and to continue the policies in SSS mode.

              Dear Sir, I would like to lodge a complaint against LIC - Branch 112 at N-69, Bombay Life Building, Connaught Circus, New Delhi for my Policy no.[protected]. My Policy has been Matured in Sept 2014 and on request of the above said LIC branch, i had sent my documents along with Original Policy bond to Branch thru Courier on 30.08.2014 and with was delivered on 01.09.2014 at Branch, I was waiting for my maturity amount, but i got another communication from Branch sying that i have to submit the required papers to branch to enable them to release the maturity sum. I replied back to them on 26.11.2014 theu courier with all copy papers and also acknowledgement of 01.09.2014, but still i do not have any clue about my matuerity sum. I need your intervention to resolve the matter fast and release my maturity sum along with Interest @24% for the unpaid period.                 10th of every month i will pay my lic housing emi regularly. For December 10th I have enough funds in my account at 9 AM.. However LIC has tried to take the amount at 7 AM and saying insufficient fund. 10th of Every month means whole day right ? why they are trying 7 AM and saying not enough fund.

                  Hi, This is regarding death settlement for policy No :[protected] &[protected]. I have already submitted all the required details along with policy certificate to the lic india office patna, Exihibition road around a month back and still i have no updates. The settlement work is very slow in LIC, I think there are worst in insurance sector.Iam not at all happy with this. Kindly check why settlement is getting delayed. For my LIC policy no[protected] the premium payment of Rs. 32661/- has been made by HDFC Cards on 3rd Dec'14. The transaction details are as below. Though the payment is made, In my account of online lic it is showing the premium is unpaid. Even i didnot received the receipt of the payment. I even tried to contact LIC customer care for the same but it was of no use. Biller Name: LIC Policy Number:[protected] Premium Amount: 32661.00 Due Date: 11th December 2014 Bill Amount (Rs Ps): 32661.00 Pay Amount (Rs Ps): 32661.00 Pay Date: 3rd December 2014 Transaction ID: TXHC13165746 When i spoke to HDFC customer care they even provide me RTGS detail they made for LIC RTGS detail is: HDFCR[protected].                                 This is regarding irregular collection charges towards encashment of cheques from myhousing loan account bearing no.[protected] in the month of 07/2014. A letter to the LICHFL Kurnool branch was sent through register post on 06/092014 for irregular collection charges of an amount Rs.393.26 Asseen my bank statement which is enclosed herewith shows that the cheque bearingno.119477 was cleared on 12.07.2014 for Rs.8441/- again another cheque bearingno.46349 was submitted by the LICHCL on 17.07.2014 for Ra.8441/- which wastwice trial in the same month, accordingly the cheque was returned as bounceddue to insufficient of funds in my account as already the monthly EMI wasencashed through cheque no.119477 as stated above. This resulted the returningcharges were charged from my savings account for Rs.393.26 from AXIS Bankauthorities again you were asking the charges for cheque bounced of Rs.450/-, which is not correct as per agreement bond. and again in my AXIS bank account an amount of Rs.628 was encashed throgh cheque no.119461 which was very irregular as i am regularly crediting amount to the LIC HFL. Please look into the matter and refund the amount which was irregularly recovered from my AXIS bank account of Rs.393.26 plus Rs.628 with penal interest within 7 days other wise i will approach to the consumer forum.

                                  This is with regard to my brother in law who is admitted in KMCH hospital in coimbatore for simple surgery 4months back. If we do in private hospitals it will be 5thousand only. But this hospital charged 25thousand and hospital got approval letter signed by the attender of the patient. Then surgery over. Finally hospital people demanded 25thousand from the patient because Insurance company gave back its promise because it was a small surgery and for that so much amount will not be given. Since Insurance company obliged for the treatment we under went and at last if it says like this who is responsible and poor people have to beg from so many people even though for risk or for safety we people pay insurance every year.Please, take this matter serious and do the needful.
