I have not received annuity payment since May 2018. I have sent many
reminder by courier/e-mails along with "Existence of Life" attested
certificate. There is no response from LIC P&GS department so far.

I have got a letter from your department today to submit Existence
Certificate. so, again I sent soft copy in below mail. Do needful, please.

Every year renewal I face the same issue every time

Sir,
LIC Premium number[protected] first on line payment error so payment cut my account (06.07.2018 ). again i give payment on line but first error payment not refund my account. i send my benk stetment
