Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — P&GS Annuity No. 091Y[protected] - not receiving yearly annuity payments for last few years

I am not receiving my yearly annuity payments for last few years for the mentioned Annuity with LIC P&GS Vile Parle, Mumbai. Sincerely appreciate to resume my yearly annuity payments including the arrears for last few years, with a communication confirmation to my email id ([protected]@yahoo.com)

In this regard, I had taken following actions already, but not seen any actions or communications from LIC yet on this:

(1) Sent email to pgs.[protected]@licindia.com in this regard dt. 27/Jun/2021, but no response yet!
(2) Called all the Mumbai Vile Parle telephone numbers in June & July 2021, but no one picked up!
(3) Sent on 07/July/2021, the certified existence certificate and IDs via Speedpost to Manager (P&GS), Vile Parle Mumbai, referred consignment # EW[protected]IN received dt 12/July/2021.
