With due respect i want to bring in your kind notice that my lic - agency has been reinstated on 13th march 2018 and also activated my new life insurance business but my previous renewal commission is still kept withheld from 1st. Dec - 2017.
​ so kindly release it as soon as possible.

Sub: release of pending commission

This is to bring to your kind notice that i aisha akhter w/o ghulam nabi was working as lic agent in branch 13c having agency code no. Lic00812 14c-1333014, date of appointment : 11/11/2010 date of exit : 30/11/2017 licence expiry date : 31/03/2018 licence no. : 8370461

I am not getting the renewal commision since last two month and the reason being mbg criteria for agents.

I have done my level's best to get this sorted out however the aao sales - dept. Of branch -13 c office is not paying any heed to my request. I have given various application regarding this since 5th dec-2017.

As there is no reply or any acknowledment feedback from aao sales - dept. 13 c branch office, i am here by forced to bring this to your level so that my request is heard.

Please be informed that i am a 64 years old lady and from last one year physically unfit as far as my health is concerned.

I sincerly request your goodself to kindly help me in this regard and moreover i am entitled to get renewal commission as per section 44 (1) (B) of insurance act, 1938.
