Double payment through hdfc bank card and sbi card for policy no.[protected] for amount of rs. 3171/- respectively by reference no. 09999999980606000378328 on 6/6/19 and again by reference no.[protected] on 12/6/19. I have informed the matter several time but till date it is not yet considered. I wat only refund back my amount back to me. Otherwise, nothing has to do for me only to do consumer court.
