Dear Sir, I am the member of superannuation. My name is P.thirupathaiah, Ref.No. AD No.8663, every year received payment w.e.f 3.6.02 Rs. 3569. The gross amount received Rs.16388. Up to last year i have received amount Rs.3569. but this year i have not received any amount nor any statement. Please give my superannuation details for proceeding further.
