Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — To remove or surrender pan from IRDAI portal

Hi sir/ mam,
I have appeared for IRDAI exam on 2020 and registered for LIC agent on 04/07/2020 but haven't worked there and got termination on 01/08/2022. but in IRDAI portal it still showing inforce. Due to that i am not able to apply to work in any other insurance company. I have also resigned from Life insurance corporation of india .
Right now i am working in policybazaar.com but they are telling me to remove or surrender the pan in irdai portal otherwise i will be terminated.
I have also sent a lots of mail but not get any response from there.
Please help me out of this as soon as possible.
