I am unable to login to lic portal. Once i enter all details and click on submit it shows error message "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins." i tried with my mobile number and email also. But still shows same error. I sent to support portal as well but no response from them.
