Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — unable to login to new/old portal

Hello Sir/Mam,

My Policy Details are as follows:

LIC Policy No:[protected]

I lost my LIC Premium Receipt
I want to submit the Premium Bill for my Tax Investment Proof.

It would be great if you could send me the Duplicate receipt.
Please do the needful

I have two login id of lic. Now I want to delete one of them. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second id.

I am unable to login to lic portal. Once i enter all details and click on submit it shows error message "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins." i tried with my mobile number and email also. But still shows same error. I sent to support portal as well but no response from them.
