Crm no :[protected] We had registered for lifetime services with lifecell, the person who was in touch was supposed to come to collect initial cheque and my consent signature for registering with the services. I made the initial payment online and rest amount was to be collected as cheque and my consent signature but no one turned up even after following several times which was confirmed at 38000/- Before enrolling we were getting atleast 10 calls/day, but the moment we made the first payment they stopped entartaining us, now suddenly we get a letter that we have been enrolled for yearly services. This is complete fraud case, even have mailed them multiple times now they ask me to make a payment of 43000/-, why the extra amount. Now when i put a mail to their support team they continiously reply with we will reply in 2 days. This has been going on for more than a month now, and the worst part is they put a seperate mail that your services will we de-registered. Was this information helpful? | |||
