[Resolved]  Lifecell International — Babymoon Offer (Complaint number BB[protected])

Hi,
I am the existing customer of LifeCell International. Till my baby's birth everything was smooth. They behaved politely and response was prompt.

After that scenario got changed when I was trying to use there 'Club Mahindra babymoon offer' but couldn't do as they didn't provide further information regarding how to redeem it. The complaint number BB[protected] is still pending with them since four months and now they even don't care about it. Despite many follow-ups no one is taking responsibility to solve the ticket.

Now, I am very much worried about the stem cell which is stored with LifeCell because it is scary to think about what will happen If they will not respond properly at the time of life threatening situation, when there will be need of stem cell or insurance cover.
