We were contacted by one of Lifecell's sales reps to convert to the Lifetime Storage Plan for CRM Number is 50200159 and were offered a discounted price of Rs. 40000/- on 15th December 2020.
We made the payment immediately via online banking and the demand note and payment confirmation from CC Avenue (payment gateway provider) is attached.
On contacting customer support we were assured that we would receive a formal receipt and letter of conversion to the lifetime storage plan within 3 working days from Lifecell.
It has been a month since we made the payment but so far have not received any formal confirmation to this regard.
I have repeatedly followed up with customer support team who assured me each time that it would be resolved shortly but so far nothing has happened. I have also written to [protected]@lifecell.in but have not received any reply.
I require a formal letter from Lifecell that we have paid for the Lifetime Storage Plan in full and there is no dues going forward whatsoever. This letter must also contain the updated terms and conditions.
Please resolve this issue immediately.
