[Resolved] Lifecell International — Unable to login to my account with my registered Mobile
Sir, I'm a customer of Lifecell international and my CRM number is[protected]. I have opted for plan of convertible ASF to LTP Dual storage.On 05.01.2020 my cheque was cleared of Rs 33, 000/- vide cheque no:417261. I haven't received any recipient regarding the above cheque clearance till now and I'm unable to login with my registered mobile number too..I have totally paid an amount of Rs 54, 990/- till now and the response from the Lifecell international is not upto the mark. I have a doubt whether it the plan is renewed to LTP or not. If it is renewed why the Lifecell international haven't provided the recipient for clearance of the above mentioned cheque and the updated plan to my email. And finally why I'm unable to login with my registered Mobile number and error is aslo attached is while logging and throwing an error as could not find customer account.I have called to the customer care and response isnot upto the mark.This is a serious issue and if the settlement is not done within a short time I'm going to take it further to higher levels..

Lifecell International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Aug 03, 2020Lifecell International Customer Care's response Dear Mr Sandeep, as discussed in call, we would like to inform you that the plan opted during enrollment was LifeTime Plan and cheque has been cleared and Statement of Account has been shared with you and kindly login using your registered mobile number or email id to view your payment &plan details and sample status.
