Refer to multiple reminders and conversations i had with your useless support staff as none of senior staff from lifecell is interested to speak to an unsatisfied customer, i demand a full refund of money paid for lifetime policy renewal after one year completion as i have no trust in your company, staff and its services to provide any assistance in case of any medical emergency for which the policy was taken at first place. One of your support staff suggests it will not be refunded as the samples have been processed and stored while the payment is made against lifetime storage! Since no acknowledgement, receipt or policy document was issued even after multiple reminders and calls, i do not want to continue with the policy and demand a full refund on priority. I wish i would have taken feedback from a few customers before choosing lifecell for the cause, really disappointing and pathetic work from incompetent people running the company.
