My name is Lalit Kaushik, and I purchased the policy last year in Feb 2020. their sales representative committed to the fitness band. I am following up from the last year over the call and the Email nut no response from them. this is ticket no EM[protected].

Now my question when Lifecell does not give 800 rs gift as they committed to me, how they can provide the service in the future.

I am requesting please don't but the policy from lifecell
