Lifecell International — Fraud and cheating, reg. Order ID [protected] and enrollment ID 427860

An order was placed before the company through its agents Mr Shankarshan and Mr. Pushpendra for life time membership on 20/09/2023 at Dwarka Delhi and payment via ICICI Bank credit card account and a PDC was made to Mr. Shankarshan. Immediately thereafter it was discovered that a fraud has been committed by the company. So, immediately on the next day on 21/09/23, one more order was placed via email to cancel the earlier order and refund the entire amount and PDC. Matter was also reported to the bank and Delhi police.
But, till date, amount and the PDC not returned. On the contrary, the cheater company has managed further transaction from my credit card account on 22/09/23 without my permission. It is purely fraud and mischevious of the company.
Therefore, it is again requested to refund my entire money and PDC immediately.
