Lifecell International — Fraud done by company regarding babymoon offer

At the time of sales lifecell employee explained me the whole product and offered me with the exciting voucher benefits provided by the company. in the month of july i enrolled with the lifecell for the stem cell preservation plan and i was offered vouchers by them one of them was babymoon from club mahindra i tried to redeem the voucher in the same month i was informed by company executive that process takes 45 days to redeem the voucher i waited patiently then after i mailed and called lifecell many times about the voucher redemption they everytime provided me the crm number and promised me that problem will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs after many attempts i tried to contact club mahindra about my offer the response was same problem will be resolved on priority basis and provided me the ticket number and contacted both the companies by mail and contact number there is no response against my problem regarding babymoon offer i now here by conclude that fraud has been done with me by both the companies and so i here by seek consumer forum and hope for justice to be delivered
