Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

When you ask the customer to approach you, it clearly shows that you are not going to pick his call. That's really an awesome business technique.
Otherwise, i think your organisation does not have money to make a call to the customer.
