This is 2nd complaint of mr tushar dutta i am writing to you.
I bought the lifecell policy last year when my child was born. Please see crm no mentioned above. At the time of payment after some negotiations it was agreed that i had to pay 23000 in first year as collection fee and then 25000 after a year based on my plan - 21 years storage. Okay. I paid 23000 and all went well.
Now when policy came the storage plan mentiond was annual and not 21 years storage.
After a year in 2019 nov i started asking mr tushar dutta to come and collect the cheque of remaining amount. Date due was 18th nov and i stared asking him on 5th nov. The super busy guy came only on 16th nov and asked me not to worry even if policy is suspended for a year. He will manage.
Now on writing this complaint (After multiple communications with cust care) and requesting some 10 times to tushar to get the cheque cleaared from bank account i am fed up of your process and marketing team tushar.
Believe me this is not the first time i am writing to you on tushar, last year during first payment he created same non sennse which provoked me to write to you and after mr tushar's verbalapology only i took back the complaint from this portal.
Current status :
I have zero faith in lifecell now especially the marketing team and god knows if the stems cell whcih you are collecting will ever be anyone's help (Sorry for being rude but your customer service talks about you more then your marketing teams). I did 2 referalls in meanwhile recommending lifecell to them which i must admit is mistake done by me.
Next steps: as per crm # mentioned above kindly share me the link for direct payment of the remaining amount (25, 000) as promised by your estemmed marketing employee tushar dutta. If your calculation exceeds this amoutn then consider the policy as cancelled from my side and also be ready for a a complaint in consumer cell.
I hope you will get back to me with a solution now. Meanwhile i will ask the back to stop payment of the cheque issued to tushar.
Ps: let me know if a verbal recording of the audio call with tushar is needed in which he made a false promise on 4th december 2019, that he will get the cheque cleared on 8th positively.
Also i have the photo of the cheque issues to lifecell international pvt ltd which is with tushar dutta.
