We were given a quotation during sales of lifecell contract by the sales executive basis which we had taken the policy. Now during the 2nd year renewal as per contract we opted for lifetime extension i. E. 75 years and told them that during sales these discounts in amount were promised. They told us to send the mail copy of the quotation after which they agreed on the amount promised and send us the payment link. After we made the payment, when confirmation came, we saw the contract was only extended for 21 year instead of 75 years. We immediately wrote, called the customer service. Every time we got the same answer that the payment team will contact you on this within 1 day. We even contacted mr. Abhishek for this, the guy who sold this deal to us, even he took all the mail copies of complaints we wrote, the quotation details everything, and told he has forwarded it to the payment team and they will revert back. That revert never came. I don’t know what is the turn around time for reverting but it’s almost a month and the payment team is totally missing. Was this information helpful? |
