[Resolved] Lifecell International — umbilical cord negligence issue - blood sample not collected properly - pathetic services | |||
We have taken umbilical cord related plan with lifecell international & they have not provided any document even after follow up for 6 months. Now they want to take sample of little baby again & want 2ml blood. My concern is : because of your bad service & negligence why my baby should suffer again to provide you blood sample. Now we have no other choice to give sample again if we need that proper legal document for umbilical cord. Secondly - there sister concern company, by there name sold us child footprint soil, that is really pathetic & nothing is written on that what mud is for what purpose.
