I am ur regular customer... I have purchased from coimbatore... But recently my purchase @ coimbatore brookfield's mall home center is so irritating.
I have purchased a chest of drawers on 8th of july 2017 and they promised it will b available in 10 days later on 26th july i got a call from mr. Wasim that stock has come to coimbatore so i came to ur store on 27th and found that chest of drawers has not come yet and mr anand apologized for it and promised me that they will send it to my place (I. E) erode next week but so far i have not received... Whenever i called they say lame excuses. Even after paying the full money am waiting for more than 50 days. I do even have recorded phone conversation with ur staff... Please correct their mistakes or else they will make u lose ur good customers... Was this information helpful? |
