Likizo people approached (called) us and we had taken a membership of Likizo Services Pvt Ltd, a company registered Indian companies Act 2013 and having its office at Office No. 328 A, Amanora chambers, 3rd Floor, Amanora park town, Magarpatta road, Hadapsr, Pune-411028, Maharashtra, India. Likizo services pvt. Ltd. is engaged in hospitality business providing services in affiliated clubs, Hotel and resorts and marketing Club, holiday memberships. We took membership and signed agreement on 26th January 2018 by paying Membership Fee of Rs. 1, 20, 000 (Rupee One Lakh Twenty thousand) by standard Chartered Credit card (in monthly installments). We signed agreement at their Belapur Office (205/412/413, V times Square, Palm beach road, sector 15, CBD Belapure, Navi Mumbai-400614, Maharashtra, India.
The company has failed to provide any services after getting all payment. Likizo personnel cannot be contacted on any mobile or telephone numbers as all are either switched off or disconnected. Neither Likizo people, nor their customer care personnel responding to any emails. Mobile are not functional at all. We have taken it written in an agreement that if the committed service is not delivered, then the membership amount will be refunded”. We want our all amount (money) back with interest. People involved were Ridhima Patil ([protected]@likizoservices.com) and Vihan Singh ([protected]@likizoservoces.com).
