THEY DID NOT PICKUP, I EMAILED 5 TIMES TO, CUSTOMER CARE OF LIMEROAD, BUT STILL DID NOT PICKED UP UNTIL 1-AUG-23 AND THEY CANCELLED THE RETURN REQUEST

This type of ivr choosing has been done 3 times during last 12 days to by them, first they give commitment then save themselves by ivr
