I had booked online at limeroad.com. The order for a shirt order no 94566108 which was delivered today. Inside the grey plastic shipping envelope was nothing except white strips of packing material. THERE WAS NO SHIRT INSIDE.

This is my first order to limeroad company and I can't express my deep disappointment.

I am also shocked to see that their website has no phone number, unlike Amazon, to which I could call to seek redressal.

At this point I am not sure if limeroad is a genuine company or a fraudulent website to cheat .

Highly upset

I BOUGHT 3 CURTAIN SET FROM LIMEROAD.COM, I RECEIVED 1 DEFECTIVE SET OF CURTAIN, THE DAY 23-JULY-23 I RECEIVED I RAISED RETURN AND EXCHANGE

THEY DID NOT PICKUP, I EMAILED 5 TIMES TO, CUSTOMER CARE OF LIMEROAD, BUT STILL DID NOT PICKED UP UNTIL 1-AUG-23 AND THEY CANCELLED THE RETURN REQUEST

They are not taking action, they are still making me fool like earlier, I recieved call from limeroad customer care today morning 4-aug 2023, commited me to pickup return by end of day but after 1 hour they send an ivr call which has option to select
1. If you want to return product press 1
2.if you want to pickup product by tomorrow or day after tomorrow
no option for today

That means the they saved themself from commitment

This type of ivr choosing has been done 3 times during last 12 days to by them, first they give commitment then save themselves by ivr

This web is totally cheater

it has been 6 days, since i have posted this issue on consumercomplaints.in, still has no action from limeroad.com, they are not scared of anyone,

i will keep posting this issue on social media, atleast by this i can stop and save some people 's time, money, unhappiness, by me many people know about this cheater web

I ordered 3 dresses... buy 2 get one free offer . .. each price is approximately 700 .. I paid the delivery guy 2064... total amount.. bill had 3 product listed.. when I opened the product.. only 2 are there ... very very disappointed.. I m so unhappy to see this from lime road .. I m stuck here.. I paid fully .. product is missing.. where should I tell this .. there is no option for missing product in the entire website... return pickup guy came and did not pick the product and he said he is not responsible

I have paid for my order number. [protected]. But now the delivery guy came and asking payment due. and I showed him the paid details. he said talk to Limroad .. we Are Amazon. and returned back.. It seems Limroad asked me to pay online for Hassel free delivery and now see here I'm tying my issues and no contact number to call.

Either Refund the money or Create the Order.

I have purchased totally 4 dresses, in which 3 the quality is not good and fitting is bad, so I had initiated return on 4-July, 2023, still the order is not picked up and refund is not initiated yet ..I haven't get any responses. It would be better if this issue is resolved soon .

I ordered some clothes on monday and was a prepaid order . The money was paid through UPI and now when the product delivered today and took by my father it they also took cash on that order . it was prepaid . i haven't got the refund of the prepaid yet . please look into the matter

This is in reference to order no [protected]. i had ordered mutaqinoti shoes in buy 2 get 1 offer. I received the courier on 26th april . On unpacking, only two boxed had shoes while the third box was empty which seems like a case of cheating or fraud. I have mailed the company regarding this issue but there is no other way to connect to them or register our complaint other than email which also takes 48 hours to get a reply from limeroad. Please help me reach out to them and resolve my issue asap.
