Lime road order number: 89753657
refund amount : 1500+
return received date 21/02/2023...refund initiated and failed every day since 21/03/2023.
1.order place on 05/02/2023. Bought shirts on 2+1 offer. Received one shirt in one parcel correctly. In another parcel instead of two received only one that too different shirt.
2.Return product initiated but courier agent rejected because there is only one product in parcel.
3.Customer care of Limeroad said to self courier the parcel. Self couriered.
4.They received the courier on 21/02/2023 and ignored.
5.After dozen calls later finally initiated refund month later on 21/03/2023.
6.Since then they initiate refund every day and it will be cancelled end of the day.
7.Now they stopped replied any mail sent to them.

First of thanks for resolving half of the issue.
1. Total refund suppose to receive is 1492+100(courier charges). Total of 1592.
2. Received only half of the refund i.e 746.
3. Hoping to receive total refund.

    I ordered buy 2 get one offer dress in the month January 2023. I received only two dress. So I returned two dress.

    [protected]p2 Haven't received return funds yet. Sent mail many times even though not received yet.
    [protected]p1 received the amount by LR credit.

    Over phone call I explained, bank statement attached even though not received refund yet.

      Transfer failed from Lr credits to bank

      I have not received refund worth of 1051rs. Its already been more than 4 days of wait. It shows 0 Lr credits and transaction from limeroad's side failed.
      Kindly refund the amount it been really long. I have already mailed more than 10 times there is no action.
      Please revert back at the earliest.

      I returned a few items from limeroad and expected a refund in my original payment source but for some reason they were converted to lr points and there is no option to transfer those points.
      Please transfer the lr points to the original source of payment

        I have placed an order of rs 4458 from Limeroad under their offer of Buy 2 Get 1 free. I placed order for 3 blazers worth Rs. 4458 (including gold membership of 149) on 29th Jan 2023.

        I recived my product on 4th Feb via ShadowFX courier. I got 3 cheap used products inside it.
        1. A used white shorts
        2. A used blazer not even worth 500 rs I guess
        3. A used inner winter wear

        I raised compliant. After multiple failed return pickup, they sent me a mail that they don't have pickup service in my area. Lie No. 1 :- In my area, Delhivery, e-cart all these services are running properly. So, they said me to self-ship the product. I have this conversation over mail and I have the screenshot.
        I made the shipment on 22th Feb via DTDC courier and even spent Rs 560 on this. They said that they will pay for this self-shipment as well, which they eventually did not.
        They recieved the shipment on 24th Feb. Now, after multiple mails, they said that they need to do quality check now. I asked them, then they said that it's their company policy. Then, on 3rd March they called me and said that refund has been initiated and I'll receive the refund in LR credits. Now, on 12th March, when I reached out to them, they said that since it's a old used product, so according to their company policy, I can't get refund.

        I'm attaching the screenshots of all the false promises made via email. And even now they have stopped answering me.
        Their customer service is so worse that they will say over mail that their executive will contact you over call, but now they don't . They just send a mail saying their company policy is this and that.

        I had made first time order on Limeroad as I fall in their trap of Buy 2 Get 1 Free. And this is their way of cheating people.

        I would say everyone not to fall in their trap of such lucrative offers, as all these are frauds.

        I'm attaching screenshots of all the conversations and false promises made by them in the name of refund.

        Does anyone know the way to reach their higher authorities ?
        They have cheated me almost a total of rs 5000 and I'm ready to spent 5-10k more, but I want to expose them to whole nation how such fraud corporates are cheating people of their hard-earned money.

            Dear Team,

            From 8th of Feb, I am trying to to return one order no 89676180. I placed the request on 8 th, but no one came to pick it up, and the order no got auto cancelled.

            Again i placed on 14 th, but still it's not picked up. I received message that a rep would be coming to collect the parcel, i reched out to him some 15 times but he kept on telling that he would come but he never visited my house to pick the package.

            And today i received a call from your rep stating that 3 times delivery pick was initiated so now nothing can be done.

            This is unacceptable behaviour from your team, where you are penalising the customer for no fault of mine.

            I have been shopping from your portal for more than a year and this behaviour of your is making me rethink on sticking with you any longer.

            I have added some 7 items in kitty to buy, but until the return is processed, i would not be buying those items.

            My experience so far had been bad for this particular order. I need the refund to be processed asap.

              They have get money from me and now cancelling my product every time I purchase. I think they are cheater.
              My Order No.'s are [protected] Which I 1st bought on January 06, 2023 and paid them Rs.1, 755.00. This goods send to us as defective / Size Issue so I returned this product. They collected it from my Home. They credited me saying that there are LR Credits with you and you can purchase any thing by using the credits.
              Then I apply a purchase Navy Blue low rise jeans with them and they canceled my Item after delivery date.
              Again I have purchased Order No. [protected] as a jeans but again they canceled from their end.
              Again I have purchased on February 02, 2023 Order No. [protected] for which delivery date was February 09, 2023 and February 13, 2023 because these were 02 items which they agian canceled my Items.
              I have paid them Rs.1, 755/- on January 06, 2023 but till date they are not sending any purchases and not refunding my money back.
              Please take it as a fraud made by this company.

                I have placed an order kurta and received a product towel (not an worth for 10rs). Also, try to find out the customer care numbers but nowadays only this vendor not have customer care. I'm not sure how a kurta will change to towel. It's a miracle one this happen only this type of vendors. Please refund my money ASAP

                      There were multiple items ordered and 1 item was missing.

                      I raised the complaint immediately and they asked to wait for 7 working days.

                      After many follow up they check and will not refund any money. They will arrange for dispatch video in some days and to wait 28 Dec.

                      Cheaters. Never came back with any video. because there's isn't anything.

                              I ordered casual shirts two times from limeroad, both time they delivered paper bag instead of product in packet. I mail them related this issue but yet it is not solve. Till date I'm not receive any refund amount from them.

                                I booked multiple items under order [protected]. I received all the items except 1. I raised a complaint and they customer service said to wait for 7 working days. I have to travel and so I requested to cancel and refund the amount. For this too they said I need to wait for 7 working days. Now I get unnecessary calls for promotions and offers but no one resolved my issue. It's already 4 days and no trace of where the item is or refund. I had very bad experience with limeroad.

                                  I placed an order on limeroad of INR 2639 (including taxes) the money got deducted from my accoumt but no order was placed. There is no way to directly contact the customer service
                                  Please help me out as this is not at all reight and not how a company runs by defraudinh people.
