Sruthi.J.R ([protected]@gmail.com) Hello I ordered a kurt through lime road on 4th oct 2015 (order no [protected]s1)for Rs 1499 (online payment).Due to size issue I returned it to limeroad as per your instruction through Bluedart (courier)for Rs 410 (Document no [protected]) on 16th oct 2015 & it delivered to you on 19th oct 2015.We conducted you for refunding our money and you told that we get it within 24 hrs after passing a week the money didn’t credited to our account and again we contact you on 26th oct 2015, then you told me to take the snap shot of the receipt of the shipment and send it to the [protected]@limeroad.com, I send it (by click the terms o[censored]se then under the heading terms and condition click link [protected]@gmail.com and send the mail with the attachment of snap shot).Again I contact you today itself and you told that you don’t get the mail. Now again I send the mail to you with the attachment plz find the attachment.I contacted the customer support more than 6 times. Plz give a solution for this (refund of my money). Thank you. Nov 13, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted the limeroad customer service regularly...now i got my payment back but i am not get my shipment charge(410). They offer me the shipment charge also.
