[Resolved]  Limeroad — return of product received due to mismatch size

The delivery agent of limeroad - "delhivery", conveniently change the date & time of delivery as per their executives availability. Moreveover they update the status incorrect on the tracker, mentioning customer number not reachable wherein i spoke to the delivery agent and he confirmed he cant come to pick the product as his assigned area is different.

Limeroad, customer care lines are so poor, they cannot hear you and just keep repeating - we cannot hear you, we havent received any response hence disconnecting the call. This call was made repeatedly 5 times on 10 dec.

Till date no status on return or refund from limeroad.

Hi Kishore, we'd like to inform you that order has been cancelled and refund has been processed on 04th Dec which will reflect in your paytm account.
I Purchased product. Product not gud. I Called 5 times customer care. No action taken to initiate to take product. No refund also. Worst service
Delivery boy gives miss calls to customer and irritates. Quality not gud. Local product. Service not gud. Don't purchase any more product Frm lime road.

Hi Aparna, we'd like to inform you that the refund has been successfully processed on 21st Dec 2018 and it will reflect within 7 working days.
I returned my shoes and without selecting lr credits option my money refunded in to lr credits I want to move them in to bank account
