I have applied for CAMS IPO through upstox and payment was done by Auto-pay from PhonePe. I didnt get any CAMS allotment, still money is not refunded to mu Bank account.

I am rajan. S, had 500 shares of fresenius kabi oncology ltd. I have been asked to submit necessary documents including 15h for receiving payment towards capital reduction by the company. Soft copies were sent by email, and hard copies by speed post. All these were received by link intime india, delhi much before the deadline.
I have received the payment after deducting rs. 2190/ as tax @7.5%. I made an enquiry through email, since they did not reply i called them by phone. I was informed that they have received the 15h form and would inform me further by email. Then i received email reply stating that tax was deducted as 15h form submitted was incomplete.
I am a senior citizen and had submitted 15h form many times for deposits in bank, post office, govt of india etc. And not even a single time the submitted form was incomplete.
Link intime, delhi has applied tds ignoring my 15h form. Upon enquiry. They are now covering up by simply stating that 15h form was incomplete. They don't want to rectify their mistake, and arrange to refund the tax deducted amount.
I hereby request to take necessary action on the concerned official, and instruct them to refund the deducted amount.

They have not resolved my complaint. They will never accept their mistake. I received a reply from them, which did not resolve the issue. I replied seeking some explanations, but no answer so far. Very bad, irresponsible attitude. They don't want to analyze and rectify.

This has reference to your complaint raised against deduction of tax on reduction of share capital amount.

In this regard we would like to again inform you that the Form 15H submitted by you was not properly filled.

Due to incomplete information in form 15 H, the said form 15H was not considered and accordingly, tax was deducted. This was already informed to you vide our earlier communication.

The company will issue TDS certificate to you (when due) after filing of due TDS return. You can claim credit of the tax deducted which will ultimately either adjusted with your other tax liability (if any) or will be refunded by Income tax authorities basis your refund claim under Income Tax Return for the Assessment year[protected]. It would be mandatory for you to file ITR for claiming the refund of WHT in case you have no income other than this on which TDS has deducted.

We missed our share certificate, so we have been requesting to link intime to issue duplicate share certificate by writing request letter since february 2019. And we have sent total 6~7 times request letter to link intime via courier, and each time we are getting re-lodged documents, which are submitted by us, from them for rectification. And so far we have wasted our innumerable money in xerox, printing and courier.

However, we have requested multiple times to share all correction in one go or share required correction on mail for primary verification; therefore, we would send legitimate documents in 1 courier.
Moreover, our government is encouraging to do all transaction in paperless form while in this case we would have to waste paper every time for getting nominal amount's duplicate share certificate.
It is been clear that what a pathetic response we are getting!

My request is to resolve mine issue as soon as possible by providing proper guidance.

Link Intime Customer Care's response We have already dispatched the duplicate share certificate to the shareholder twice and was not received back to us as undelivered till date. It seems that said duplicate share cert of Gruh Finance might have lost which are invalid / cancelled effective from 17/10/2019 as Gruh Finance was merged with Bandhan Bank Ltd and the shareholder will receive the new share certificate of said bank.

The swap ratio was 568 shares of Bandhan Bank Ltd of Rs. 10/- each as against 1000 shares of Gruh Finance Ltd of Rs. 2/- each for which Karvy Fintech Limited, Hyderabad is RTA.

Please treat the matter as closed

In this regard, kindly note that as per the terms of the prospectus, aforesaid series of bonds are due to mature after 10 years from the date of allotment i.e. 24-Mar-2022. However, the bonds are free from lock-in w.e.f. 24-Mar-2017.

The Company had offered a buyback period from 25-Sep-2018 to 25-Dec-2018 to the eligible bond holders and had communicated the option of buyback through notice of buyback dated Sep 23, 2018 to the eligible bondholders 6 month prior to the corresponding buyback date (25-Mar-2018).

Since the Company does not have any buyback offer for the aforesaid series of bonds as on date, you have following 2 options:

Option 1 – To hold the bonds till the maturity date i.e. 24-Mar-2022, on which date the proceeds will be paid to you.

Ashwini told me that it is better to speak with rnt. Helpdesk to get the above details. However, the rnthelpdesk is asking me to send the request letter in hard copy – post which they would issue the complete formalities. However, i has already got the required undertakings (To be filled in by me) from ashwini. Then why is the need for hard copy to be sent.

As there were correction regarding bank account no in my dividend warrant no. 29763 of rites ltd, i write a letter to link in time at delhi. Which was received by them as on 30th april, 2019. (I have acknowledgement)

After passing of 16 days, i asked just to know the status of that. Their representative without any knowledge about my details i. E. My folio no or name, he has replied that it will process after one month more.

After that i asked for that when it will be credited in my account, then he replied that ekdin me kaam nahi hota and yaha eise hi kaam hota he. I will still take minimum one month time for that and then cut the call. He replied was very arrogantly and bluntly. How can any one function like this at customer care level.

In the time of digitisation, having demat facilities and online trading system, our rta (Registrar and share transfer agent) functions so slowly and not accepting any request through email.

I am very much disappointed for function of link in time and misbehaviour by the representative.

Link in time does not work to resolve customer issues. They just give a standard response which is least helpful. They made me submit an affidavit, police noc and several letters for shares that have iepf. Finally, nearly a year after the initial corresspondence, they have asked me to approach the iepf.

If i was required to approach the iepf, they should have told me in the first instance. Furthermore, they are curt and unresponsive over the telephone.

4) transfer of iepf shares to current holdings
5) inquiry of folio statement
And, he suggested to share combined request letter to mumbai branch. And even after sending request letter, i haven't got any call or mail from mr. Gladson or team member from 12 days regarding status and process to complete it.

I vijay kumar dhamija have account in smc global with dp id 12019101 and client id 02157011 and i got the below message on 1 december 2018:-
Cdsl:debited in a/c *[protected] debentures of muthoot finance limited#formerly th towards extinguishment on 01/12/2018. Contact your dp for more information.
From then i check my account and did not get the credit in my account and then i call link intime for the same and then they asked me for updated cml and request letter which i forward them and after that i called 100 of times for the solution but they did not solve it and everytime they say we are checking it and we will call you back but they are so irresponsible that they did not call me back and again and again does same thing. The name i remeber of executives from last days i called are mr. Gladson, mrs. Chanda gupta, mrs. Sayli and their senior mr. Ajeet who is more irresponsible person from them all, i called mr. Ajeet and he told me that he will call back with solution but he never called back and also when i told their executives to let me talk to mr. Ajeet then they say everytime sir is not here.
Please this is my request to please solve my problem and credit my debentures amount with interest in my account. Its been more than 3 months i am calling but they are not solving it.

I have invested in Micro Technologies (India) Ltd., Mumbai, an amount of Rs.1, 00, 000/- in FD vide FDR LF No.4053, dated 14.07.2013.

I understand that the above company had gone into Liquidation in June 2014, and subsequently, I have written 3 letters to the Official Liquidator, regarding the refund of the Fixed Deposit, for which, there is no response. Also, I did not receive refund till date.

Today, I tried to contact the Mumbai office of Link Intime India Pvt Ltd., who were the Registrar to the FD Scheme, today, but the contact numbers of FD Section gave by them are not working.[protected] / 70), Hence writing this complaint.

I am extremely disappointed over the discourteous and rude response of Link Intime.

I have invested in micro technologies (India) ltd., mumbai, an amount of rs.1, 00, 000/- in fd vide fdr lf no.4053, dated 14.07.2013.

I understand that the above company had gone into liquidation in june 2014, and subsequently, i have written 3 letters to the official liquidator, regarding the refund of the fixed deposit, for which, there is no response. Also, i did not receive refund till date.
