In ref. of your above mail, i would like to inform you that there is no transaction in my account and this is so ridiculous that for a long time, i am trying to redeem my bonds but due to your unacceptable behaviour i have to force for further legal action. I tried to call you but after waiting so long, my call was disconnected by your system.
i am again requesting to sort out the issue as soon as possible as i have some financial urgencies.
