Link Intime — Dematerialisation of my shares in Guj craft ind

In 2021, I sent to linkintime Ahmedabad through my broker prostocks, my 900 shares of Guj craft industries which were allotted to me in IPO under NRI quota and regd folio number 000549. Till date neither I received the share certificates or have them in my demat account. Despite several reminders they didn't take any action. Neither contact number is answered nor email is working. Please check and do the needful.
