Link Intime — Did not receive certificate since 6 years

I have buy bond from lntime of 20, 000rs in 2011. I didn't receive any certificate till now. I have contact to "bonds.[protected]@linkintime.co.in".

They insist for applying duplicate copy which cost is more. Also they insist me for inquiry on post office.

I visit post office too but they didn't have 6 years back data(My address is same since 20 years and my house never been closed). Being a genuine customer I should not harass from this issue.

This people reply after more than 3 days of a single mail. Talk with this people is wastage of time and increasing mobile bill.

Every time they send me same reply.

I was trying to save 2, 000rs tax by investing 20, 000rs but I was trap. It was my biggest mistake to invert in lntime.
