I bought 75 iifl non convertible debentures (Ncd) in sep 2012 for rs. 75, 000. This was on monthly interest basis. Since my bank account was not linked properly, the interest never got deposited to my account. When the ncd matured in sep 2018, i only got refund of rs. 75, 419 back and additional interest of rs. 812. This is either the interest alone or the principal alone, but not both. I should have got additional approx rs. 75, 000 as well. I am communicating with their customer services for past several months, with no proper response at all. They keep giving same standard replies and they either do not understand the issue or are not showing no interest in actually refunding the due amount.

Updated by ramsamys Likeintime is providing very poor customer service and does not seem interested in resolving this issue. It is now 1 month since I posted this complaint. I have sent all the details many times to Chetan Chaudhari and the email ID given above. They are again only giving standard replies. Please escalate this issue further in the organization.
