Link Intime — IPO Mandate amount is not revoked yet

I have applied for Devyani IPO on 5th of August and I didn't get the allotment on 12th August.. and Mandate amount expiry date was 22nd August yet I haven't received my amount of 14850 in my account.
I have also talked to the bank and they are saying that I have to talk to the vendor... What to do next.?
Please help me with that
