Dear link intime team,

Greetings of the day...!!!

I have courier kyc documentation 10 days ago regarding sswl unit and hope so courier has been delivered at mumbai head office.

Also i have attached one application regarding change of address and required duplicate security certificate due to lose.

Kindly help to provide duplicate security certificate? On e-mail or by courier at new address.

Note : attached kyc form for your reference only and has full-filled by me and had sent to you by courier.
