[Resolved] Link Intime — Own dividend is not received since last 2 years!!! | |||
DON’T EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY. My father’s dividend is pending since PAST 2 years... !!! YES HIS OWN DEVIDENT !! After calling and emailing them at DELHI branch so many times they told to send some original documents. My dad send all original documents through courier company and again waited and no response from them !! Again he called and they said they need original documents?? My dad gave courier company name and even courier no.!! My dad then send soft copies of same documents.. There is absolutely no customer service from their side and even now they’re asking to post original documents??!!! Also, the person dealing with is the same.. HOW THE HELL ON EARTH YOU CAN SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TWO TIMES ?!! HOW FRUSTRATING IT IS FOR A RETIRED OLDAGE PERSON TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GET YOUR OWN DEVIDENT back?
