i have share certificate. when i go for dematerialize, link intime latter was that " this share certificate are marked under "stop", (latter no. DM22203, DT:[protected], OBJ NO. ODC245. ),

unfortunately I NEVER Instructed you for stopping of transfer, how can I provide you for revoking letters?.

THEN after I requested (Link in time) to provide me with the proof which instructs you to stop the transfer of shares...
but linkin time not provide me any proof.so many time mailed .

please provide me with the certified copy of the letter which instructs you for stopping of transfer of shares under question.

    Axtel industries limited there is loss of certificate so we have given different documents whatever the linkintime has asked for but after three years still they are not giving proper answers every time they say it will happen soon or saying they have given to company our details but nothing has worked since past three years please solve to fix this problem as soon as possible.

I tried to call you but after waiting so long, my call was disconnected by your system.

        I, Anant Lal Chaurasia, am 64 years old and unable to move without assistance due to a physical disability. I have given ALL of the information asked by your office for KYC compliance. This was necessary to begin a grievance that I have been attempting to resolve for the past three years.

        I am informed that a number of my KYC details have been denied, despite the fact that I have submitted all the required documentation (ISR-1, ISR-2, cancelled cheque, self-attested PAN, and Addhaar).

        Why has my application been denied? I have enclosed a cancelled check that has my signature. And it is clearly visible in the pdf shared by LInkintime mails that we have submitted all the documents. But the clearest reason for rejecting our application is not addressed.

        My bank manager Canara Bank has properly completed and signed/sealed Form ISR-2.

        I have provided copies of my PAN and ADHAR that I have attested myself.

        Please analyse carefully before concluding that the information is insufficient.

        I anticipate a timely response and confirmation that my KYC details are in order so that I may lodge my complaint.

        I have contacted them several times via email and even asked them to return our original documents, but I have received no good response from their side.

          My mother’s shares for ambuja cement were transferred to IEPF account even when i received Dividend for the shares in 2019. On discussing the same with the Rnt heldesk (link Intime) department i am not getting any updates regarding the same. I am chasing them since 2021 but not able to get any updates yet from them. Please help

                I have sent several emails to get the required formats/formalities to be completed to get the duplicate certificate of Garware polyester ltd (Hi Tech films ltd).Even though I had completed the KYC details and Nomination formalities and same has been confirmed by your office also.My folio number is 00A04197.I am senior citizen.Will you please check the matter and send me the required formats immediately.Thanks and Regards Ashok Kumar Kathpal KARNAL

                In summary, you need to be
                1) KYC compliant (Check under Formats for KYC). Application form date and witness signature date must tally in SH-13. Cancelled check must be signed

                2) Submit Documents for Duplicate Shares. Send list under Duplicate Shares.
                Make sure the witnesses' (self attested) Proof of Address and Proof of Identity are provided for Indemnity Bond.

                Good luck. Insist to speak to a manager.

                  I am a senior citizen, aged 79. I have provided ALL the necessary information for KYC compliance as requested by your office. This was required to initiate a grievance that I am hoping to get addressed over the last 5 years.

                  I am notified that several of my KYC particulars are rejected although I have provided all the necessary information:
                  (ISR-1, ISR-2 and cancelled cheque, SH-13, self attested PAN and Adhar) .

                  Why is my application rejected? I have included a cancelled cheque which I have signed with my name? Did you lose it? Did you check the envelope carefully before rejecting my application?

                  ISR-2 is duly filled out and signed/sealed by my bank manager at Indian Overseas Bank.

                  I have included self attested copies of my PAN and ADHAR.

                  Please evaluate carefully before rushing to conclusion that the information is incomplete.

                  I expect a prompt action and positive feedback that my KYC particulars are in order so that I can submit my grievance.

                  I have contacted many times and please show reasonable customer care to a senior citizen.

                          My residential address has changed now. I need to share the new address. I have been writing continuously but no one is responding.

                            Always get a delivery failure message when we email them. The emails are however received by them. This we know because we received partial revert in physical post. They have however not bothered to revert on the other half of the email and there is no acknowledgement of the receipt the email either.

                            Also this is a Share Registering & Transferring Agent, who has only 3 hunting telephone lines and 2 customer service executives!!!
                            How on earth do they expect to serve the customers?!?!?!?
                            Do they really intend to be of any service. I think they are only interested to earn their fees.

                            Since 30 years we are trying to get the name rectified on the share certificates. Yes 30 long years. My father died trying to get this done but it is still pending even after 6 years of his death. Al his life he has never been able to encash any dividend cheques because they were all in wrong name. This investment never helped him and now we are trying to get it sorted for our mother, but Emails are bouncing back and phone lines constantly busy.

                                  This is regarding Non Receipt of Redemption for "L&T Infra Bonds - 2012A, Series-2 allotted on March 24, 2012 for 10 years". Folio 22736451

                                  The maturity date of the bonds was March 24, 2022. I have been calling customer care since 4 weeks, buy I always end up hearing all are busy call later some time.

                                  I have provided all needed documents at the time of purchase. However I wanted to know if any thing pending process redemption, but I not able to reach customer care. Neither they respond to emails or keep phone line free to attend calls. I am wondering how come customer lines busy for complete work hours.

                                    Started discussion for infra bond closure warrant re-issue since the hardcopy of the sent warrant was expired. started first conversation on 16th Nov 2021. when i called on 24th dec they said your doc is oversized, please send a fresh one with reduce size (total doc size should not exceed 1 mb, sent 4 docs). got first ack on dec 24 2021 for the mail i sent. 24th Jan 2022 i called customer care directly, they said they will send the status on the same day through mail. 27th Jan 2022 i sent mail for asking status, but got only ack with different ack no for this mail with no other details. then i called on 4th feb 2022 to check the status, they were saying scanned docs are not clear, then i escalated in the same call, after this escalation i got mail on 4th feb 2022 saying received all docs and forwarded to concern department without mail from my side (wondering how come they received 24th dec mail re received on 4th feb 2022). when i called on 24th feb, you sent doc on 4th feb (actaully sent on 24th dec and no mail on 4th feb 2022) you need to wait for 21 working days, and when we counted it was just 20 completed and 1 day left.
                                    Then top most reply got on 9th mar 2022 call, you gave on 4th feb, we will revert to you you need to wait. when i ask how much time, executive replied we cannot convey anything other than the above reply at this point of time.
