Why is this happening everytime!?
Everytime I buy the sacchet I'm finding those.. Today finally I'm here to complaint against. May be it's all due to zero sanitation and irresponsibility... Please make sure that crores of people are having them...why so irresponsible. We request you to replace the stock.

I found many insects almost in all Lion Arabian dates. Very poor quality. Help me refund.

I have ordered loin Arabian dates last week I open it today the packaging was good but the product inside it was worst ever I have seen it's full of dirty black patchs and hair struck on the dates and even some with more dirty things on it what kind of product with this much worst quality sale in the market and it even desive customers pls resolve this

I have made a fraud payemet plz help me to refund my money

I bought 2 packets of lion Arabian dates from my nearby supermarket. as soon as I opened it, the dates were totally spoilt and contaminated and I could see the worm in one of the dates. Quantity was also very less. Hardly 7-8 dates. Not a single is eatable. The quality is so worst. . I wasted my money. Very very disappointed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ama resident of Pudupakkam, Chennai.

I bought 2 packs of LION deseeded dates (200 gms) worth Rs.49/- from a nearby Supermarket at Pudupakkam, Chennai -603103 on 22 January 2022.

On opening the pack, I found a live maggot in the dates (video attached with original cover and batch details). My kids and wife had consumed a couple of dates, and that's when we saw this maggot. I also saw a full grown insect fly out (video available).

I want to express my deep shock and regret at the poor quality of a major brand such as LION Dates.

Please do the needful as soon as possible, as I am deeply disappointed with Lion Dates brand and I would hesitate to buy next one.

I sent 3 mails and 2 phone calls to Lions Dates Customer Service, but there is no response.

I m V. Jebaraj, from tirunelveli district Tamil Nadu. I bought a lion dates on[protected] EAN:[protected]. Very upset the product was partially decayed and not eatable condition. It's threatening to health aswell as my money was wasted.

When i opened my dry fruits collection for soaking, i got a feather sticking on a date from dates pouch...do you know how disguisting is that? Will not buy your products ...

I buy 500g lion date desertking box while eating I found black fungus date.. before iam purchasing the lion date I observed mfd date also it just manufactured at 24/07/2021. It has 10 months time to expire..

I bought Lion dates from Grofers
Dates has several issues like stones, dryness, very sticky & few of them you can't eat.
I was trying to registered the complaint on Lion dates helpline number but nobody picks the phone I have sent several e-mails to them but no reply.

I have further escalated the complaint to it's MD. But he is too dumb & deaf.

Kindly do not purchase the product from Lion.br...

I bought lion dates on 24/08/2021 and it is inedible due to black fungus inside
The packet shows it has 6 months of expiry date from the date of packing which is marked as 13/07/2021 please take necessary action...

I have bought the lion dates packet on 23/07/2021 and it is so dry not able to eat it was very hard and looks some white layers bottom of the dates looks its expired

I have purchanged the product of Layina Dates last month which was packed on 24/04/2021 on the packet. I was shocked to see inside of the packet as it contains Cigarette Pic along with Dates. I was using Lion products since long time but now i lost the trust because of package Quality. I would like to hear from Lion company why this has happen.
If I dont hear any response with in a week, I will file complain.

I am using your Loin Dates Products Regularly from years on TRUST.

Now after seeing this i think i am wrong.

I purchased Loin Layina Dates on 19.04.2021 I opened it on 20.04.2021 I found insects moving inside date... Packet almost like that only.
I purchased this at H. B COLONY SAI SANTOSH KIRANA AT TEMPLE KAMAN. Packing date of 12.03.2021.

I Want to know weather you are selling all product like that.

Opened a sealed lion dates packet only to find a dead insect in it.

We have purchased Lion Layina Dates from a local store and we found larva & its eggs inside one date

I m retailer in gonda. There is distributor in gonda to whom damage was given in August 2020 and still he is not ready to claim damage. He said that company is responsible for this

The order was failure as the amount was deducted from account but the payment status was failure. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

As mentioned earlier the order was not confirmed please refund our amount back. There has been no response to the mail sent earlier. Please refund money to the earliest possible. The toll free number is not responded.

If this mail does not get any reply within a day or the amount is not refunded to us within 3 days then we are filing a consumer complaint against your company.
