        I have found a lizard died and became complete dry inside the packet. I was just sealed opened the box and saw the worst . Highly disappointed.

                Lion dates is found with full of worms & insects.

                Bought lion dates in a departmental store in Chennai on 19th April.

                Packed date is on 05/02/2021/D8555

                Official complaint was sent to [protected]@liondates.com. but there is no response till now. I called customer care @[protected] & they did not care much about this.

                    I bought a Lion dates 250g buy 1 get 1 pouch from a market near my house in Bangalore. The product has an expiry date till April 2021. When I opened one of the pouches found some rotten dates in it. One date palm is found to have two holes in it. Upon opening it up found some insect waste and rotten date. Most of the other dates on the pack seem to have same characteristics. This is really bad. I once found a metal string in a similar pack about an year ago. This is serious quality issue.

                                  I purchased two packs of Lion Arabian Dates from Topmart in K R Puram. The reference of the product is with a manufacturing date of Nov 11, 2020:
                                  a[protected] and batch number SD/A/458 and
                                  b[protected] and batch number SD/C/458

                                  When we started consuming the dates, we realized that there are dead insects and worms inside the dates. It was a very unpleasant and disgusting experience. This has led down the trust on the brand.

                                  Request you to provide a response for releasing in the market such unhygienic products for consumption.

                                      I bought Arabian dates packet from a store and quality is pathetic.

                                      All the dates are of poor quality as some are with mud as well as dust particles.

                                      Few of them were rotten and not consumable.

                                      Request for refund as well as replace with quality product.

                                      Today I was consuming my Lion Dates Packet which was brought Yesterday and unluckily I found a dead worm inside it and also my dates had somekinda weird pattern and a whitish layer all around it. Please reply as I am very unsatisfied.
