Lion Dates — majority of lion kashmir honey product is only sugar and no honey

I recently bought lion kashmir honey and realized that it's more of a sugar syrup instead of a honey. I believe food safety department has to evaluate this honey from retail stores instead of the factory and decide whether they should continue selling this product. This needs to be looked upon asap, as this may cause considerable health concern to people if this product is not a real honey and it has agmark branding too, which is highly surprising.
