Lloyd — Ac and fridge

I bought a new ac from Lloyd but in 2 months gas started leaking and poor service and there was no cooling
I registered a complaint but to my horror there was no response from their customer service. Wen I went personally to them they said it’s not their responsibility even after having shown them their warranties Lloyd company is the most fraud company of all times
Most harassing experience
I had to refill gas twice from my own pocket twice
And now am planning to buy a new ac from a good company
