Lloyd — Ac not working and volume is very high, the compressor, is extremely noisy

MY AC MODEL NUMBER - AC- LLOYD AC 2T 5* ( GLS24I5FWGEV/2024 ( ISEER-5.06* ) MARUTI ELECTRONICS - INVOICE DATE = 15/07-2025. INVOICE NUMBER = 2025-26/1094.
My AC has been making a lot of noise and failing to cool the room for the past month; the compressor, in particular, is extremely noisy. I have lodged complaints four or five times, but the AC has not yet been fixed. It is simply not working. I humbly request that you resolve this issue.
