Stollen PCB board

Person came to neighbours house from LLoyd AC service. We called him for reparing Voltac AC in our house which is not working as third party service. He took out some PCB board from AC taken with him for repair.
But till now there is no responce from the person (not picking call)

    I am a Lloyd customer since April 2018.Now these days Lloyd customer service is going worst, company seeking only for money . They don't attention consumer rights.     AC consuming more amperes main supply wires get heated stabilizer shos high temperature and then supply is interrupted by stabilizer this hapens at the interval of 15 minutes

      I raised my ac service request because its cooling not effective on 6-6-2022. Lloyd technician came read user manual and know how to service ac. He don't something wrong. But he don't know anything about air conditioner. So he went to his house after making a big problem in my ac. And now it's not working any more. Not even start. I call lloyd customer care twice a day they gave me fake promises that technician will visit within 24-48 hours my be laugh after cal disconnected. But any way no one will visit to resolve the issue which made 100% by lloyd unskilled technician. It's month of jun whole country suffers from heat waves. And i buy ac for summer, but it's my biggest mistake of buying ac from lloyd.
      Please repair my air conditioner soon. And if you want how your customer feel from your ignorance, don't use ac for 3-4 days in jun month

        This is to inform that I have purchased a Ac on 16 July 2020.only two months it is used.next season of summer when we started to use it.It is found that ac is not the cooling.Llyod service person found that there is gas leakage in the coil of indoor unit.
        It is also observed that the product was not provided the same cooling after repair as it was giving in the first year.It was said to the service person but they said it will be ok, it is summer so we are feeling the less cooling.
        This year when we started to use it again after the sevice of the product as service man took Rs 500 for cleaning of device now again the product is not working.
        The indoor unit is now showing E6 in
        the display.
        When the product was under warranty that time only we have asked to change the indoor unit but we were assured that whole coil is changed now there will be no problem.now again problem arise we are saying to change the indoor unit again but company service person is again saying that pcv is under 5 year warranty it will be repaired
        Lloyd have provided us faulty product .
        Two season two problem raised
        We are saying to change the indoor unit but they are not doing this
        Kindly help us
        And rectify the problem as company is not changing this faulty indoor unit.

            Sir/mam, i comlain 5-7 times for my ac to repair, my problem is ac is not cooling room and i got problem for a day i purchase .i complain many times at your call service but no technician visit my home and repair my ac . I tired of complaining about that problem and my problem not has been taken as granted . I[censored] dont solve my problem give my money back or other wise I complain to consumer court for all my losses and refunds . Or u send some technician to repair my AC otherwise I want to take some action for tht .

              I purchased LLoyd washing machine on 30th Oct 2017, it is still under warranty (6yr on Motor) nowdays its spin motor giving problem, raised a complaint regarding this but the mechanic called and asking me Rs 650/- as visit charge. Then what is the use of Warranty?

                I purchased a lloyad LED about 3 month ago after 1 month ago my seeing a tv serial suddenly led screen is going black and i complaint to our customers service but world baddest customer service o[censored]r service I complain about 1 month ago currently m to much angry no one take any Action about my complain itss tooo much I give 10 out of-100as well in future I never purchase any item of this company at least 38 days to my complain now tell me what about my Netflix recharge as well my TV recharge who will refund my money tell give me answer my parents shatu on me because of your company

                    This is in reference to my new AC purchase of 1.5 ton, Model no # LS18I35JA
                    Purchased date- 13th May 2022
                    Manufacturing Date -2018
                    Dealer Name - Parikh Sales
                    Location -Dhanbad, Jharkhand

                    This is in reference to this AC. I have registered a complaint with the Lloyd service centre. Some technicians visited multiple times but cooling is not effective .

                    I have an office space apx 140 sq ft area & there is no cooling. Now the service centre guys are saying this is the best colling i can get from this AC .

                    I am not satisfied with the service and the service centre guys are not professionals .Some guys aged 17-18 yrs have installed the AC and there was the leakage they have done on the installation .The 2nd visit they have corrected but AC cooling is not effective .
                    The Dealer(Parikh sales) sold the 2018 manufacturer product to me without my knowledge & this product has been registered under the PANKAJ KUMAR name .I don't know the reason for this .
                    If this kind of service I am getting from the beginning then no words to say for the future .

                    This is the 1st product I have purchased from LLoyd & I am totally harraresed by the dealer & the service centre .

                      I had bought a lloyd ac yesterday at 3:00 pm. The dealer had said that today is sunday, your ac will be installed by 10:00 am on monday.

                      First we had waited for 2 hours, than i have made 3 calls to dealer than one service personal had contacted us at 2:30 pm and said that sir your ac will be installed in a hour, we are waiting for it to installed.

                      If i have known that you have so bad service, i would never ever bought your product.

                        My ac is not providing cooling n lodge complain in lloyd my service number is [protected] n technician visited after so many calls n on visit he was not skilled not able to understand the problem and only thing he told that gas is not present and filled the gas n charged rs 2700 and within 2 hours again same problem occurred and it’s not giving cooling and now he is not picking the phn and on contact customer care they saying that he only come to solve the problem n it’s my big mistake that I hv purchased lloyd inverter ac 1.5 ton n they hv very poor services n they don’t hv their service Center n send third party for services n unskilled technician

                          My TV Screen is blank. I bought the TV sometimes in 2020 via Jumia online store. unfortunately, after the TV was fixed I noticed that there were lines on the screen. Recently, I noticed that the screen is blank with nothing to display. Please I want to know how you can be of service to me as I really need the TV to be repaired. I will pay the charges applicable.

                              Dear team,

                              Since 70 days completed i have requested for ac service and your technical team is visted more than 20 times and failed to fix the issue. Even initially 2 weeks theytoo my AC to garage and replace the condenser and without checking brought it back and complaint is not solved. After several follow up they found its board problem and replace the board and complaint not yet fixed. Before 1 month they make another finding its due to compressor issue and will be replaced soon and till this day no body knows when it will be available. Your team only have enough escuses in stock noting else. LLyd branch manager from irinjalakuda thrissur district kerala informed they will replace with new ac for payment of inr 13750. Why should i pay the amount for your negligence. I paid for the ac and its under warranty. Totally their product and technical team is utter failure. Stay away from lloyd scrap products intead of this choose good brand like lg samsung etc.

                              On what base lloyd provides warraty if not able to provide.

                                With reference to your job id no. [protected] I would like to inform you that I have made several time complaint regarding the AC part PCB of indoor which is out of order as per the engineer visit.
                                I had made my first complain on 26th of last month and today is 5th of may, yet no action has been taken and with regular complain on customer care no I m getting reply from your side that it l be done by 24 to 48 hours. But the fact is not shared with me why it is getting delayed.
                                Is this the service the company is proving to the customer. So I request you to please share the status of complain and by when it l be resolved. Assigned people are telling me yet the part is not dispatched and so it is not trackable. So I want the reply as soon as possible.

                                Do revert as soon as possible.

                                  I am suffering from Lloyd's service. I have registered my complaint 2 times. My product is under warranty. I purchased my product on june 2021. On 20th April I registered my complaint for the same issue (coil replacement) but still my problem was not resolved. my complaint number([protected]).Technicians not visiting my residence. I am trying to contact him but he is not responding to my call even they cut my call, his name( sarfuddin, shahid and pradeep). I have already paid a 500 rs charge for jet service which is not included under free service ( 1 year free service). It's been more than one week since no one technician visite my residence. . Today I realised how bad service is to your customer. I am unsatisfied with your product and your service. In the feature I will suggest to my colleague and friend not purchase Lloyd AC. I need my AC replacement if you could do that, so do as soon as possible.

                                    Have registered service request on 6th of April, Service Executive has asked to change compressor. My compressor is under warranty but since company is not have compressor of same model available they have provided me commerical solution of buy back at Rs.10, 000/- after so much of escalation and negotiate. I agree to paid & get issue resolved as was fed up with there customer service.

                                    Still its almost 1 month but they are yet able to resolve this issue.
